Playtest invitations are usually personal. If a playtest allows you to invite friends, the invitation will clearly state this. Otherwise, your friends can register as testers on the platform using this link. If their profile meets the playtest’s requirements, they may be selected to participate.
I have noticed a bug in the game, should I notify it?
At the end of the playtest you will be requested to answer a survey regarding your experience. You can use that survey to report the issues you found while playing.
I could not finish a playtesting session, what should I do?
If something goes wrong during your playtest (e.g your PC melted, your dog ate your phone in the middle of a playtest…), that session might be deemed invalid. Depending on the playtest requirements, you might be able to restart or even be invited to play again. When in doubt, feel free to contact us.
