Why haven’t I received the item I redeemed on the Antidote Store yet?
The redeemable rewards from the Antidote Store are usually sent every few weeks. If it has been more than a month since you redeemed your reward, feel free to contact us and provide your Antidote username, so we can check your redeem status.
I redeemed a gift in the Antidote Store, received it, but it still appears as pending. What should I do?
In some cases, it might take some time between receiving the gift and the said change being reflected in your account. Please be patient, your account will be updated soon!
Can I change my username?
Unfortunately it is currently not possible for users to change the username of their Antidote account themselves. If you want to change your username, you should contact our support team directly, who will change your username for you.
Can I join Antidote if I’m younger than 16 years old (or the legal age)?

Why haven’t I received my Experience Points (XP) and Antidote Coins yet?
Antidote Coins and XP are awarded to all participants once the playtest has fully concluded and all individual participant sessions have been verified. The time this takes can vary, from a few hours to a few weeks, depending on the specific playtest and the developer’s requirements.
I’m a game tester but also a developer, can I upload my game to your platform?
Sure. To do so, just sign up as a company, select your desired plan and start creating playtests with Antidote!
I lost my password or user ID and can’t log in to Antidote
If you can’t remember your ID or password, go to Recover Your Password and insert your email. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
I want to delete my account. How do I do that?
We’re sorry to see you go 😢. You can remove your account by going to Antidote, selecting Account > Security, and click on Remove My Account.
Can I send the game to my friends?
Sharing a confidential game is strictly forbidden by our terms and services and the Non-disclosure agreement you accepted. Any violation of our terms and services could result in banning you from the platform as well as legal action against you in accordance with European and Spanish laws.
I don’t like the project you’ve assigned to me. Can I refuse to play?
